Humble beginnings
We started our family owned and operated business at Old Colorado Springs Farmers Market selling our original spiced pecans inspired by a family recipe.
The big move …
In 2019 Craig took the leap and headed to my hometown (Fort Collins) to make culinary our full time endeavor. He built his base of friendships and connections through the local farmers markets.
And now ….
Summer 2022 we launched our food trailer Wild Brats and now offer our baked goods at the Fort Collins farmers markets as well as our food trailer!
